The conference listened to the dissemination and implementation of the following contents: (1) Directive No. 37-CT/TW, dated July 10, 2024 of the Secretariat on innovation in vocational training for rural workers to meet the requirements of industrialization and modernization of agriculture and rural areas; Action Program No. 56-CTr/TU, dated October 9, 2024 of the Provincial Party Standing Committee implementing Directive No. 37-CT/TW, dated July 10, 2024 of the Secretariat. (2) Conclusion No. 84-KL/TW dated June 21, 2024 of the Politburo on continuing to implement Resolution No. 23-NQ/TW of the 10th Politburo on "continuing to build and develop literature and art in the new period"; Plan No. 281-KH/TU, dated September 10, 2024 of the Provincial Party Standing Committee to implement Conclusion No. 84-KL/TW, dated June 21, 2024 of the Politburo. (3) Conclusion No. 91-KL/TW, dated August 12, 2024 of the Politburo on continuing to implement Resolution No. 29-NQ/TW, dated November 4, 2013 of the 11th Party Central Committee on "fundamental and comprehensive innovation of education and training, meeting the requirements of industrialization and modernization in the context of a socialist-oriented market economy and international integration". (4) Regulation No. 178-QD/TW, dated June 27, 2024 of the Politburo on controlling power, preventing and combating corruption and negativity in law-making work. (5) The book "Building and developing an advanced culture imbued with national identity" by the late General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong. (6) Plan No. 280-KH/TU, dated September 9, 2024 of the Provincial Party Standing Committee implementing Conclusion No. 57-KL/TW dated June 15, 2023 of the Politburo on "continuing to improve the quality and effectiveness of foreign information work in the new situation". (7) Regulation No. 183-QD/TW, dated September 18, 2024 of the Politburo on protecting agencies, organizations, and public servants in the investigation, prosecution, trial, and execution of judgments.
