During the working trip of the Hanoi Journalists Association delegation to work with the border guards in mountainous and island areas, the delegation of journalists from the Hanoi Journalists Association in collaboration with the Hanoi Moi Newspaper organized the awarding of the "Helping you go to school" scholarship to students with difficult circumstances in the island district of Ly Son, Quang Ngai.
With the support and companionship of the border guards of Ly Son island district, over the years, programs such as "Helping children go to school", "Adopted children of the Border Guard Station" ... have been widely implemented, bringing practical results to children of families with difficult circumstances in the border provinces and islands, helping them have the opportunity to study, practice and cultivate morality, nurture their ideals and dreams of studying well, and later be able to contribute to society, their homeland and their country.
