More than 1,300 cases received medical treatment during the A80 Festival

(Dan Tri) - According to statistics from the Ministry of Health, on the day of the A80th Festival, 211 medical teams provided medical treatment for more than 1,300 cases, including 113 serious cases that had to be transferred to other hospitals.

The Department of Medical Examination and Treatment Management ( Ministry of Health ) has just informed about emergency and medical examination and treatment work on September 2.

Accordingly, thousands of doctors and nurses from hospitals under the Ministry of Health, Hanoi Department of Health, Military Medical Department (Ministry of National Defense), and Health Department ( Ministry of Public Security ) have been mobilized, ready to respond on the spot and coordinate patients to hospitals.

Accordingly, the total number of cases treated medically is more than 1,300, of which 113 serious cases had to be transferred to hospital.

Of which, the Hanoi Department of Health received and treated 664 cases, 75 of which were severe and had to be transferred to the hospital. The military medical force treated 301 cases, including 27 severe cases. The police medical unit received 317 cases, including 10 severe cases.

Bach Mai Hospital received 7 cases, Viet Duc Friendship Hospital received 26 cases (including 1 severe case).

Previously, the Ministry of Health mobilized thousands of medical staff to join hundreds of medical teams on duty in all areas, from central areas to places where the parades passed through. In addition, the Ministry also deployed inspection teams on the environment, food safety, and epidemic prevention before the grand ceremony took place...

Specifically, the organization arranges medical teams to provide emergency care, medical examination and treatment, and health care for delegates, guests, and service staff. At the same time, promptly detect cases of infectious diseases.

Some hospitals have 5-10 beds ready in case of an emergency.
