Hue expects to welcome 105,000 visitors during Hung Kings' death anniversary holiday

TTH.VN - On the afternoon of April 4, information from the Department of Tourism said that, through understanding the situation of the number of tourists coming to Hue during the Hung Kings' death anniversary holiday, it is forecasted that the number of tourists visiting Hue City will increase sharply.

Specifically, the forecast number of visitors to Hue City in 4 days (from April 4 to April 7, 2025) is estimated at 105,000. Of which, the number of overnight guests is estimated at 38,000, the room occupancy rate during the Hung Kings' Commemoration Day holiday in 2025 is estimated at 85%. In particular, the room occupancy rate booked on Friday night (April 5) is nearly 95%, on Saturday night (April 6) is nearly 90%. Tourism revenue is estimated at 214 billion VND.

The tourism industry, travel agencies, and hotels have prepared plans to welcome guests; focused on improving service quality and tourism products. Before the holiday, accommodation establishments have also conducted training, improved service quality of staff, renewed culinary menus, and offered suitable incentive programs to attract tourists.
