Hue: Flood on Huong River gradually increases, level approaching alarm level 3
It is forecasted that in the afternoon and night of November 2, 2025, the water level on the Huong River through the center of Hue city will gradually increase to approximately level 3. The flood will gradually rise, causing some roads and low-lying areas along the banks of the Huong River to be flooded again.
