Also attending were Standing Committee member of the City Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Hue City People's Committee Phan Quy Phuong; Vice Chairman of the Hue City People's Committee Tran Huu Thuy Giang; and leaders of relevant departments and branches.

At the meeting, VSIP representatives shared about the damages that Hue city had experienced during the recent floods; at the same time, highly appreciated the development achievements that Hue had achieved. VSIP also expressed its desire to learn about and invest in industrial park infrastructure projects in the area. This is one of the important plans and goals of the enterprise in 2026, with a commitment to bring long-term benefits to the locality.

VSIP representative said: “With experience in developing and operating large-scale industrial parks across the country, VSIP aims to build La Son Industrial Park - Zone No. 1 according to the green - smart - sustainable industrial park model, prioritizing modern infrastructure, digital management and synchronous business support services”.

VSIP also emphasizes the orientation of attracting investment in high value-added industries such as clean technology manufacturing, electronics, deep processing, supporting industries, logistics and high-tech industries - in line with the trend of shifting global supply chains. La Son Industrial Park in Hue is an important link in VSIP's industrial park network development strategy in the Central region, contributing to making Hue a new destination for attracting investment in industry and production support services.

Speaking at the meeting, Chairman of Hue City People's Committee Nguyen Khac Toan acknowledged and highly appreciated VSIP's attention to Hue. The city always considers VSIP an important partner, accompanying the city in economic development, attracting investment, expanding industrial space and contributing to sustainable growth.

The city is committed to creating the most favorable conditions and will always accompany and support businesses in the process of researching and implementing future projects to ensure they are implemented quickly and effectively.

Chairman of the City People's Committee Nguyen Khac Toan hopes that VSIP will strengthen connections and cooperate more deeply with the city, joining hands to build and develop Hue in a sustainable and modern direction.
