Cancel the results and revoke the high school diploma of a candidate for exam cheating.

The Hanoi Department of Education and Training has just decided to cancel the results of the 2025 High School Graduation Exam, revoke and cancel the 2025 High School Graduation Certificate of a candidate for cheating in the exam.

The Hanoi Department of Education and Training decided to cancel the results of the 2025 High School Graduation Exam, revoke and cancel the high school graduation certificate for candidate NVK, born in 2007, registration number 010949.., exam room number 3909, exam session on June 26, 2025. Candidate NVK was a student of Dan Phuong High School when taking the exam.

Candidate NVK was awarded a high school diploma by the Director of the Hanoi Department of Education and Training with the number: T04742981; certificate registration number: B25/023/013327, date of issue: September 23, 2025.

The Hanoi Department of Education and Training said that the reason for revoking and canceling the high school diploma was because the candidate NVK used a phone in the exam room, had cheating behavior in the exam; violated point b, clause 4, Article 21 of the Exam Regulations and point a, clause 1, Article 25 of the Regulations on management of diplomas and certificates according to the announcement in Official Dispatch No. 6891 of the investigation security agency, Hanoi City Police.

Within 30 days from the date of receiving the decision, NVK candidates must return their high school diploma to the Hanoi Department of Education and Training, according to the regulations on diploma management.

Dan Phuong High School is responsible for notifying NVK candidates and adjusting information in the archives about the High School Graduation Exam on June 26, 2025 at the school.

The Examination Management and Education Quality Assessment Department of the Hanoi Department of Education and Training is responsible for canceling the results of the 2025 High School Graduation Exam; revoking and canceling the 2025 graduation certificates of NVK candidates; adjusting information in the original records of the High School Graduation Exam for the term of June 26, 2025 and reporting to the Ministry of Education and Training according to regulations.
