EVN's hydropower plants, including Power Generation Corporations in the storm-affected areas, have all ensured the safety of their projects. As of the morning of November 8, 20 reservoirs were releasing spillways to regulate and reduce flooding downstream to maintain flood prevention capacity. The list includes: A Vuong, Song Bung 2, Song Bung 4, Song Tranh 2, Song Ba Ha, Ham Thuan, An Khe, Se San 3A, Se San 4, Pleikrong, Se San 3, Ialy, Buon Tua Srah, Srepok 3, Buon Kuop, Don Duong, Dong Nai 4, Dong Nai 3, Thac Mo and Tri An.

The 500 kV transmission grid is still operating normally. Units under the National Power Transmission Corporation and the Central Power Corporation have restored 6/7 incidents on the 220 kV grid and 23/26 incidents on the 110 kV lines. All 17 110 kV transformer stations affected by the storm have been fully restored to operation.

By mobilizing a maximum of about 1,300 people, vehicles, materials and closely coordinating with local authorities, the Central Power Corporation and related power companies have restored power supply to nearly 1.13 million customers - reaching more than 68% of the total 1.65 million customers interrupted by the storm.

Some areas that were severely affected, flooded and isolated in Gia Lai, Dak Lak and Quang Ngai are still being repaired by the electricity sector, striving to basically restore power supply to the entire area by November 10, 2025.
