	The first working session of the 1st Congress of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Vinh Long province, term 2025 - 2030

On December 4, the 1st Congress of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Vinh Long province, term 2025-2030, solemnly held.

Attending and directing the Congress were comrade Nguyen Pham Duy Trang - Secretary of the Central Committee of the Youth Union, Chairman of the Central Council of Young Pioneers; comrade Tran Van Lau - Secretary of the Vinh Long Provincial Party Committee.

Delegates of the Central Youth Union Secretariat and provincial leaders attended the Congress.

Also attending were comrades: Ho Thi Hoang Yen - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Nguyen Minh Dung - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Kim Ngoc Thai - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee; Lam Minh Dang - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; comrades of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, members of the Provincial Party Committee; leaders of departments, branches, sectors, and mass organizations of the province; comrades of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Youth Union through the periods and 350 official delegates representing over 115,000 union members in the whole province attended the Congress.

Speaking at the opening of the solemn session, comrade Tran Tri Cuong - Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Vinh Long province, Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union said: In the period of 2022-2025, the youth union work and youth movement of the province will continue to have many new developments, keeping up with the breath of the times, blending with the changing pace of life of the homeland, contributing positively to the overall development of the province.

Mr. Tran Tri Cuong - Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Vinh Long province, Secretary of Vinh Long Provincial Youth Union delivered the opening speech of the Congress.

Propaganda and education work has been innovated in terms of content and methods; revolutionary action movements have been deployed more and more practically, promoting the pioneering, creative and voluntary spirit of the youth; the work of caring for and accompanying union members and young people has always been carried out regularly, creating favorable conditions for young people to study, practice, start a business, establish a career, improve their material and spiritual life; at the same time, performing well the task of caring for, protecting and educating teenagers and children; the Union is increasingly strong in terms of ideology, politics , ethics and action. These valuable results are thanks to the close and timely leadership of Party committees at all levels, the attention and support of the whole society and the outstanding efforts of union chapters at all levels.

This Congress is not only an occasion for summarizing but also the beginning of a new vision, new actions, new aspirations. With the spirit of "Solidarity - Courage - Pioneering - Breakthrough - Development", the decisions of the Congress will demonstrate the steadfast belief of Vinh Long's youth in the Party, full of will and aspiration of the youth to contribute their talents and intelligence to the common development of the province, contributing to the homeland's strong progress in the new era, building Vinh Long province to develop rapidly and sustainably.

At the solemn session, the Congress listened to the report on the results of the first working session; watched a report on the imprints of the Youth Union's work and the youth movement in Vinh Long province in the period of 2022-2025; and gave discussions. At the same time, listened to the directive speeches of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, the Central Youth Union Secretariat; announced the decision of the Central Youth Union to appoint the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee, the Inspection Committee, the Secretary, the Deputy Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Vinh Long province, term I, term 2025-2030 and the Delegation to attend the National Congress...
