Yamanashi University Hospital co-operates with Bernard Ningen Dock, is responsible for cross-reading all MRI and CT results and quality control of CDHA for all customers/patients who come to Bernard for examination of Ningen Dock or for in-depth screening for cancer, stroke risk, blood vessels, etc.

The two sides have jointly developed a 3-layer process of reading - cross-checking - close professional discussion, specifically: The two sides read the diagnostic imaging results in parallel and independently (first layer).

In cases where complex pathologies such as cancer are suspected, Yamanashi University Hospital will initiate a cross-reading process by radiologists and clinical physicians at the hospital before returning the results (second layer). At the same time, Bernard's physicians and/or the Bernard Medical Council will also conduct a consultation with specialists and radiologists at Bernard, and draw a preliminary conclusion.

In case of discrepancies in results, the two parties will discuss online. If there is still no consensus after the consultation, Bernard will be responsible for informing the patient of the final results. However, at the same time, full information about the evaluation results from the hospital side will be provided to ensure transparency (third layer).
