Regarding the request from voters in Duy Xuyen district to promptly resolve the issue of granting land use rights certificates to 12 households in Group 17 (An Lac village, Duy Thanh commune), the Provincial People's Committee stated that, concerning the resolution of the request related to the revocation and issuance of land use rights certificates, ownership of houses and other assets attached to the land for the 12 households in An Lac village, in Official Letter No. 1350 dated March 16, 2021, the Provincial People's Committee directed the Que Son District People's Committee to urgently instruct specialized agencies to prepare procedures for surveying and issuing new land use rights certificates for the 12 households; and to coordinate with the Duy Xuyen District People's Committee so that upon completion of the certificate issuance process, the Duy Xuyen District People's Committee can immediately issue procedures to cancel the land use rights certificates already issued to the 12 households in accordance with regulations.
The Provincial People's Committee also requested Duy Xuyen district to direct its specialized agencies to proactively coordinate with relevant agencies of Que Son district to promptly resolve the issue of exchanging land use right certificates for 12 households in accordance with regulations.
Following the direction of the Provincial People's Committee, on March 24, 2022, the Department of Natural Resources and Environment also sent a letter to Mr. Le Van Xuan stating that his request for the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to continue resolving the petition of 12 households in An Lac village was outside its authority.
The Provincial People's Committee requests the People's Committees of Duy Xuyen and Que Son districts to promptly resolve the issuance of land use right certificates to the 12 households mentioned above in accordance with their authority; and to report the results to the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council and the Provincial People's Committee for monitoring (in May 2024).
