Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee has just issued Regulations on coordination to support tourists , establishing a mechanism to promptly receive and handle information for all feedback from tourists in the area.
Accordingly, tourists will receive comprehensive support when encountering incidents related to life and property safety, emergency rescue, loss of personal documents, service disputes, or fraudulent acts, solicitation, and price gouging. The hotline system *2258 and the website of the Center for Investment, Trade and Tourism Promotion operate 24/7 to receive information, guide tourists to record evidence, and transfer serious cases to the authorities for handling.

Tourists will receive comprehensive support when encountering incidents related to life and property safety, emergency rescue, lost identification documents, service disputes, or fraudulent behavior, solicitation, or price gouging.
Accordingly, departments, branches and local authorities coordinate closely and assign specialized officers to act as focal points. In urgent cases, authorities must be present at the scene within 30 minutes of receiving notification. The results of the handling must be reported to tourists after the relevant agencies have concluded.
The promulgation of the Regulations aims to create a unified coordination framework, ensuring the thorough handling of tourists' complaints, aiming to build the image of a safe, civilized and friendly destination of Khanh Hoa province.
