On October 26, the Central Committee of the Vietnam Youth Union, the National Volunteer Center, TCP Vietnam Company, the Youth Union, and the Vietnam Youth Union of Hai Phong City jointly inaugurated the project "Youth Sports Space - Recharging Energy, Rejuvenating Youth" at the Tran Phu Commune Stadium (Hai Phong City).

The project includes a pickleball court, an outdoor sports area and a number of related items with a total area of nearly 900m2 . Notably, this complex can meet the training needs of about 200 people per day, aiming to serve more than 15,000 people and 3,000 young workers and local students.
On this occasion, the Tran Phu Commune Youth Sports Club ( Hai Phong City) was officially established, with its core members being Youth Union officials, members, and young people in the area.

According to Nguyen Kim Quy, Permanent Vice President of the Vietnam Youth Union, in 2024, the project of a series of sports facilities of the same name yielded very positive results with nine youth sports spaces put into operation.
"These are not just simple sports infrastructure projects, but also serve as cultural and sports meeting points, where young people can improve their health, recharge their energy, and develop a spirit of solidarity and community awareness," said Mr. Nguyen Kim Quy.

Through the inauguration of the fourth project in the series "Youth Sports Space - Recharging and Energizing Youth" in 2025, the Standing Vice President of the Vietnam Youth Union hopes that local Youth Union organizations will strongly promote their responsibility to care for and accompany members and youth, demonstrating the spirit of pioneering in implementing social security models to serve people and youth in difficult areas, especially in places where physical training and sports facilities have not been invested in or are limited.
