Being present at the construction site of the 500kV line circuit 3, Quang Trach - Quynh Luu section, to witness the workers struggling and toiling to install each crossbar and brace of the power poles over 80m high located on the majestic and windy Hoanh Son range, I had the opportunity to meet the director who is passionate about research and has many initiatives and innovations in the management and operation of the power transmission grid - engineer Nguyen Sy Thang - Director of Ha Tinh Power Transmission (TTD), Power Transmission Company 1 (PTC1).
