The inspection content focuses on the implementation of the above directive documents on cyberspace operations; the results of deploying and exploiting monitoring and defense systems to protect military computer networks; digital transformation, planning, upgrading technical infrastructure; developing applications, software, and databases; organizing forces, training human resources; and the management and use of security and cryptographic equipment and ensuring security in information technology activities.

At the units, the delegation inspected the system of books and documents; inspected the actual working positions of officers and the server room.

Through the inspection, the delegation assessed that Military Region 1 has paid close attention to leading and directing the digital transformation work. The military data transmission network infrastructure is equipped and secured according to information security criteria. Military administrative reform, digital transformation and digital literacy have been promoted.

The working group requested Military Region 1 to continue to improve the system of guidance documents; carry out periodic information security checks; and strengthen the implementation of solutions to ensure information security and network security for computers and network systems.
