Lam Dong trains in operating the Information System for handling administrative procedures

On July 26, at the Provincial Administrative Center, the Department of Science and Technology of Lam Dong province coordinated with relevant units to organize a training conference on operating the Information System for handling administrative procedures.

The training session was attended by more than 500 officials, civil servants and public employees from agencies, units and localities in the province.

More than 500 officials, civil servants and public employees attended the training conference on operating the Administrative Procedure Information System.

The training conference focused on implementing the main contents: Instructions on operating the administrative procedure settlement information system and using the online fee and charge payment system.

In addition, students also actively participated in exchanging, discussing and solving problems arising during the actual operation of the system.

Speaking at the conference, Deputy Director of the Department of Science and Technology Pham Thi Minh Hien emphasized that organizing training is a necessary and timely activity, aiming to equip knowledge and practical skills for staff. Thereby, contributing to improving the efficiency of management and operation as well as the quality of service to people and businesses.

Previously, since July 1, many shared information systems have been put into operation, such as: online video conferencing system, document management and administration software, and administrative procedure settlement information system.

These systems initially meet the requirements of operation and service for people and businesses. However, there are still some limitations such as technical errors, inconsistent procedures, staff not proficient in operation and people not familiar with using them.

The training program is an activity within the roadmap to promote digital transformation, administrative reform and build a two-level digital government in Lam Dong province.

To overcome the above shortcomings, from July 13-26, the Department of Science and Technology of the province deployed 4 training courses in the following localities: Phan Thiet ward, Dong Gia Nghia ward, Ward 1 Bao Loc and Xuan Huong ward - Da Lat.
