For the first time, Hue transferred education officials on a large scale.

On the afternoon of October 15, information from the Department of Education and Training (DoET) of Hue City said that it had just issued a decision to transfer civil servants for the 2025-2026 school year for many teachers and staff at all levels, in order to resolve the situation of surplus and shortage of personnel at educational institutions in the area.

For the first time in Hue , the Department of Education and Training directly transferred 56 teachers and school staff at the same time throughout the area.

Accordingly, 56 officials were transferred, including 16 preschool teachers and staff, 9 primary school teachers and 31 secondary school teachers. This is the first time the Department of Education and Training of Hue City has directly implemented the work of regulating and arranging educational officials across the city, on the largest scale, in accordance with the new management model of the 2-level local government.

The organization of the transfer of civil servants for the 2025-2026 school year is assessed to be carried out in the spirit of voluntariness, publicity and transparency, demonstrating innovation in the management and operation of the Department of Education and Training of Hue City.

Mr. Nguyen Tan - Director of the Department of Education and Training of Hue City said that the transfer of educational officials is carried out to ensure the principles of rationality, fairness, and compliance with regulations, while at the same time being suitable to personal wishes and the actual situation at educational institutions.

According to Mr. Tan, the transfer of civil servants is identified as a regular activity, with humanistic meaning and strategic vision, to ensure the balance of personnel between schools, overcoming the situation of surplus and shortage of teachers.

This opens up opportunities for teachers and school staff to experience, practice and develop their abilities in a new environment, especially with more convenience in commuting and working when being arranged near their place of residence.
