The contest runs from December 4 to 11, 2025, but has already recorded over 13,000 entries.

Identifying this as a widespread event, the provincial departments, branches, sectors, unions and 56 communes and wards have thoroughly grasped and urged all cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers to actively participate. The contest is organized in the form of an online test, including 20 multiple choice questions and 1 question predicting the number of participants, with a test time of 20 minutes. The content focuses on the Party's guidelines, policies, laws of the State and directive documents of the Central and the province on administrative reform; knowledge of institutional reform, administrative procedure reform, administrative procedure control, apparatus reform, civil service regime, public finance, e-government, digital government; and indexes such as PAR INDEX, PCI, PAPI, SIPAS, DTI. Thereby, the contest helps contestants improve their knowledge and sense of responsibility in improving the quality of service to people and businesses.

The spirit of participating in the competition also spread to the hamlet and neighborhood levels. At the Party cell of neighborhood 4, Trung Khanh commune, many Party members and residents actively participated from the very beginning. Mr. Dang Duc Thanh, a resident of neighborhood 4, shared: "Previously, we had limited access to information about administrative reform. After being guided to participate in the competition, I understood more clearly about online public services and how to complete procedures faster. The online test wasn't too difficult, and it helped people like us learn many things that we can apply when dealing with procedures."
Secretary of the Party Cell of Residential Group 4 of Trung Khanh Commune, Nong Thi Thuy, said: The contest is an opportunity for Party members and people to raise awareness, thereby contributing with the local government to better implement administrative reform requirements in daily life.
On this occasion, many organizations also actively participated in the competition to promote administrative reform within their units. Nguyen Chi Dung, Director of VNPT Cao Bang, shared: "I recognize the great importance of administrative reform in the current digital age; it is a task for the entire political and social system. The competition needs to be organized more often so that everyone can better understand the key objectives, tasks, and solutions for building administrative reform, thereby working together to successfully achieve the goals set by the Central Government and the province."
It can be seen that the competition is not only reflected in the quantity or the awards, but more importantly, it has created a movement to learn about the contents related to administrative reform. Thereby, raising awareness, understanding and sense of responsibility of cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers to perform well the assigned tasks, to join hands in building a transparent, open and modern administration...
In the coming time, all levels, sectors and localities will continue to promote propaganda on administrative reform to help people understand and grasp the processes and procedures, and know that their rights and requests are implemented. Propaganda on the application of information technology, including encouraging people and businesses to use online public services to save time and costs... These will contribute to building a democratic, professional, modern, streamlined, effective and efficient administration and successfully implementing the socio -economic development goals set out in the Resolution of the 20th Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030.
