The contest received positive responses from more than 160 participants, demonstrating a sense of responsibility, learning awareness and determination to improve the quality of administrative reform activities throughout the agency.

Through the competition, cadres, civil servants and public employees have the opportunity to consolidate and update their knowledge related to key areas of administrative reform, including: Direction and management; institutional reform; administrative procedure reform; organizational structure; civil service regime; public finance reform; e-government and digital government development. In addition, cadres and civil servants also learn more about important indexes such as PAR INDEX, SIPAS, PAPI, PCI, along with the province's socio -economic development goals for 2025 and the impact of administrative reform on local growth.
On the same day, the People's Committee of Nung Tri Cao ward organized the launching ceremony of the online contest on Provincial Administrative Reform in 2025.

The online contest to propagate administrative reform work in 2025 is organized with the aim of enhancing information and disseminating the Party's guidelines and the State's legal policies; propagating important contents on PAR INDEX, SIPAS, PAPI, PCI, DTI... At the same time, helping contestants better understand the contents of the General Program on Administrative Reform for the period 2021 - 2030; legal documents on institutional reform, administrative procedure reform, apparatus reform, public finance reform and building e-government and digital government.
The contest is not only a knowledge-gathering activity, but also a broad political activity, encouraging each person to proactively study, research, and propose initiatives and solutions to improve the quality of service to the people, contributing to improving the province's administrative reform indexes.
According to the contest rules, all cadres, civil servants, public employees, workers, soldiers of the armed forces and all citizens aged 18 and over who are living, studying and working in the ward can participate in the contest. The contest is organized in the form of an online test, including 20 multiple choice questions and 1 question predicting the number of participants, with a test time of 20 minutes.
Candidates can access the Cao Bang Provincial Electronic Information Portal, the Department of Home Affairs Electronic Information Portal, or quickly access via QR code posted on the Ward Electronic Information Portal. This is a convenient, easy-to-access form, suitable for the trend of digital transformation and performing administrative procedures in the electronic environment.
Immediately after the launching ceremony, more than 100 cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers of the People's Committee of Nung Tri Cao ward participated in the contest.
