Cao Bang Provincial Center for Nursing for Meritorious People and Health Care for Officials organized a working delegation to study experience in Thai Nguyen and Tam Dao.

With the consent of the Department of Home Affairs of Cao Bang province to organize a working delegation to exchange and learn experiences at the Thai Nguyen Center for Nursing People with Merits and Tam Dao Center for Nursing People with Merits, the working delegation of the Center for Nursing People with Merits and Health Care for Cadres of Cao Bang province (abbreviated as the Center) organized a 4-day study trip (November 27-30, 2025).

At the two units visited and worked, the Center's delegation was warmly welcomed by leaders, officials and employees, creating favorable conditions for exchange and study.

During the professional exchange sessions, the Delegation learned about the organizational model, management methods, and the process of receiving, caring for, nursing, and restoring health for people with meritorious services. The Delegation gained many practical experiences in improving the quality of nursing services; organizing nursing combined with ecological recreation; facilities and equipment management; medical work, nutrition, food hygiene and safety; ensure security, order and fire prevention and fighting.

The delegation visited specialized departments such as medical - nursing, nutrition - canteen, physical therapy - rehabilitation area, and exchanged experiences in building menus according to disease models, arranging human resources, organizing transportation for delegates and building appropriate service procedures.

With the study trip to 2 units, the officers and employees of the Center have accumulated more experience in health care, food preparation... and organized cultural and sports exchange activities between delegates and delegates and between delegates and the Center.
