In a letter of condolence, Sultan of Brunei Darussalam Haji Hassanal Bolkiah expressed his condolences for the loss of life and property caused by Typhoon Yagi in Vietnam, and sent his deepest condolences to the Party, State, Government and people of Vietnam, especially the families directly affected by the storm.
