Previously, on February 1, 2024, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh signed Decision No. 137/QD-TTg to transfer and appoint comrade Nguyen Thi Kim Chi - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Agencies of Nghe An province to hold the position of Deputy Minister of Education and Training.
