Hung Temple Festival attracts 1.5 million visitors/week

According to the Management Board of Hung Temple Relic Site (Phu Tho province), as of the end of April 14, about 1.5 million visitors came to Hung Temple in just one week. In particular, the number of visitors increased dramatically during the last 2 days of the weekend. The Hung Kings' Commemoration Anniversary - Hung Temple Festival and the Cultural - Tourism Week of the Ancestral Land in the year of Giap Thin 2024 took place from April 9 to April 18 (ie from March 1 to March 10) in Viet Tri City, Hung Temple Historical Relic Site and districts, towns and cities in Phu Tho province. According to the representative of the Management Board of Hung Temple, despite the high number of visitors, Phu Tho province has proactively developed plans to avoid congestion at locations such as the temple gate and tourist attractions.
