During the training process, the unit coordinated with local Party committees and authorities to manage soldiers well and carefully prepare training grounds, lesson plans, and facilities. The unit combined theory introduction with practice, ensuring training, testing, and evaluation were accurate. The test results showed that 100% of the content was good, excellent, and safe, and officers and soldiers complied well with discipline and regulations.

Through the training, the unit has trained the military reserve soldiers to master local military and defense work, improve their political , military, logistical and technical qualifications. On that basis, each comrade has applied well to his/her duties and responsibilities, contributing to building an increasingly strong reserve force, meeting the requirements of the task of building and defending the Fatherland in the new situation.
