On June 13, singer Truong Hang Vien - runner-up of The Voice China passed away at the age of 37 after a long battle with melanoma.

The funeral was held on June 18 in Guizhou, China. The funeral was simple, in accordance with the singer's last wishes. The Voice 2013 champion Ly Ky was also present to say goodbye to his close friend and colleague.

She told Truong Hang Vien, hoping he would rest in peace: "Today is a rainy day - the day you like. Sleep well, you will never have to endure the pain of illness again. Her husband passed away when her son was less than a year old, leaving singer Tất Hạ devastated. Tất Hạ sent her thanks to those who have accompanied and helped her during this difficult time. "I am grateful to all those who have helped and accompanied us. In the coming days, I will try to live strong."

Truong Hang Vien was born in 1986 in Guizhou, China. He became known to the audience when he participated in The Voice of China in 2013. He chose to join the team of coach Uong Phong (Zhang Ziyi's husband). Outstandingly surpassing many strong opponents, Truong Hang Vien won the runner-up prize.
