The "Skilled Mass Mobilization" model of the Hai Duong Farmers' Association at all levels contributes to improving economic efficiency by 10-15%.

The whole province currently has 1,071 "Skilled Mass Mobilization" models in the economic field.

According to the Provincial Farmers' Association, in the period 2020-2024, collectives and individual farmers registered to build 3,527 "Skilled Mass Mobilization" models and 2,805 models were recognized. Of these, 1,071 were economic models (accounting for 38%), 916 were cultural and social models (32%), 358 were national defense and security models and 460 were models on building the political system.

The "Smart Mass Mobilization" model in the economic field, due to the linkage along the value chain, financial support, technology, consumer market, etc., increases product quality and productivity, contributing to improving economic efficiency by 10-15% compared to the non-linked model.

The above results were achieved because the Farmers' Association at all levels promoted propaganda so that farmers could see the benefits of building a skillful mass mobilization model and follow it.
