Core technology as a breakthrough platform
mobiAgri is a platform that integrates many modern technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Big Data, Blockchain, Augmented Reality (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR) to support farmers in accessing advanced solutions in agricultural production and management.
One of the highlights of mobiAgri is the AI-based plant disease diagnosis system, which allows users to take photos of the scene and receive analysis results and advice on how to handle them quickly and accurately. Built from a database of millions of images authenticated by experts, the system currently achieves over 92% accuracy with common diseases.
In addition, Blockchain traceability technology helps to make the agricultural value chain transparent, enhance traceability, thereby enhancing reliability for domestic and foreign consumers.
Obvious practical results
After more than 3 years of implementation, mobiAgri has achieved many impressive results: Deployed in 27 provinces and cities nationwide; 180,000 user accounts, of which more than 60,000 are farmers and cooperatives; Cultivation area using mobiAgri application reaches over 35,000 hectares; More than 2 million uses of the AI plant disease diagnosis system.
Many mobiAgri application models have shown clear effectiveness. At Phuc Lam Cooperative ( Hung Yen ), the use of pest warning and crop consulting features has helped increase lychee productivity by 12%, while reducing pesticide costs by up to 30%. In Lam Dong, a group of organic vegetable growers applying electronic diaries and technical consulting systems has shortened disease treatment by an average of 7-10 days, improved productivity and enhanced product brand value.
With its contributions to promoting digital transformation in the agricultural sector, mobiAgri has been recognized through many awards: Second Prize in the National Digital Transformation Initiative Competition 2024; Top 10 outstanding digital products at the Vietnam Digital Transformation Award 2023; and was included in the list of 30 outstanding digital initiatives in Asia - Pacific selected by the Asian Development Bank (ADB) in 2025. This platform was also introduced at the ASEAN Digital Agriculture Forum 2024 as a small-scale AI application model in agriculture.
Notably, the mobiAgri model deployed in Tra Vinh province has been included by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development in the Agricultural Digital Transformation Project, submitted to the Government for consideration and replication.
Towards a digital agricultural ecosystem
Not only a support tool, mobiAgri is gradually forming a digital agricultural ecosystem, connecting farmers, experts, businesses and managers on a common platform. In the coming period, mobiAgri aims to expand the application scope to 50 provinces/cities, serving 500,000 users, and integrating additional features such as crop forecasting using satellite images, IoT sensors and decision support systems for managers./.
