In 2023, the network operator received numerous prestigious awards: 5 awards for pioneering digital platforms, services, solutions, and information technology products at the 2023 Sao Khue Awards; "Outstanding telecommunications service provider for customer care and mobile broadband promotion programs"; Top 100 most valuable brands in Vietnam 2023 organized by Brand Finance; Top 10 businesses providing digital transformation services and solutions in 2023, etc. The network operator's development strategy in 2023 was based on three main pillars : Digital Infrastructure, Digital Solutions/Platforms, and Digital Content Services.
