It is known that the patient's name is Y Jon Ni Lưk (born in 2002), a M'Nông ethnic, Lak district, Dak Lak province; a worker at TTC An Hoa Industrial Park, currently residing in An Hoa ward, Trang Bang town, Tay Ninh province.

After work, Mr. Y Jon Ni Luk was on his way home when he unfortunately got into a traffic accident. His motorbike collided with the rear of the car in front of him, and he and his motorbike fell onto the road. Afterwards, he felt pain in many areas of his upper thoracic spine and cervical spine, and his hind legs were immobile. His family immediately took Mr. Y Jon Ni Luk to Xuyen A Go Dau Hospital for emergency treatment.

Through examination and professional measures, it was determined that Mr. Y Jon Ni Luk had a fracture of the cervical spine sliding backwards, causing spinal cord compression, causing quadriplegia and affecting the respiratory muscles.

The head of the emergency resuscitation department at Xuyen A Go Dau Hospital said that if the patient Y Jon Ni Luk was not treated promptly, his life would be in danger. The accident left serious consequences for the patient (quadriplegia, making it difficult to move around later, respiratory muscle weakness that could lead to dependence on respiratory support), which was a burden for the family. Thanks to timely treatment, the patient's condition is currently stable, the patient is awake, able to communicate but still has quadriplegia, respiratory muscle weakness, and a tracheostomy.

Through research, it was learned that Y Jon Ni Luk's family was poor and belonged to an ethnic minority. Because his family was in such difficult circumstances, Y Jon Ni Luk had to leave his hometown, take his wife and 15-month-old child to Tay Ninh to work as a laborer to earn money to support his wife and young child.

Normally, family life is already difficult, now this incident has added to the difficulties. His wife does not have a stable job and lives in a rented house, so there is no money to pay for medicine, especially since Y Jon Ni Luk's condition requires the use of many special medicines for a long time, so it is very expensive.

Y Jon Ni Luk's parents' family is also poor, with 7 children, of which, Y Jon Ni Luk's 2 youngest siblings have congenital disabilities and cannot live on their own, depending on the care of their elderly parents.

For the life of a human being, for a family in dire straits, we hope that kind-hearted benefactors will help Y Jon Ni Luk to have more money for medicine and treatment.
