Kinhtedothi - The Hanoi People's Committee has issued a decision regulating the payment level when the State allocates or leases land for non -agricultural purposes from land specialized in rice cultivation to supplement the lost area of ​​land specialized in rice cultivation or increase the efficiency of using rice cultivation land.

Applicable subjects: State agencies of Hanoi City; Organizations and individuals who are allocated land or leased land by the State for non-agricultural purposes from land specialized in rice cultivation (hereinafter referred to as land users); Other relevant organizations and individuals.

The amount of money paid by land users to the State to supplement the lost area of ​​rice-growing land or increase the efficiency of rice-growing land use is specifically as follows:

Payment level = Area of ​​land specialized in rice cultivation that must be converted to non-agricultural purposes x Price of rice-growing land calculated according to the Land Price List at the time of conversion of land use purpose issued by the City People's Committee x 70%./.

This Decision comes into force from February 23, 2025.
