In 2024, nearly 1,200 apartments and low-rise houses of Novaland will be granted pink books.

First, the handover of ownership certificates for low-rise houses at the Victoria Village project (Thu Duc City) is underway. This is the first phase of ownership certificate handover among nearly 1,200 low-rise apartments and houses in Novaland Group's central Ho Chi Minh City real estate projects that are eligible for ownership certificates in 2024. The low-rise units of the Victoria Village project have been handed over to customers since 2019, and the four high-rise towers are under construction and are expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2025.

Following Victoria Village, Novaland plans to continue issuing over 1,000 land ownership certificates for the Sunrise Riverside project (District 7) starting in July 2024. Additionally, towers G6 and E2 in this project are expected to be handed over to residents in Q3 2024. Furthermore, approximately 3,000 apartments in The Sun Avenue project (Thu Duc City) and 178 low-rise houses in the Palm City project (Thu Duc City) are also undergoing the necessary paperwork to obtain land ownership certificates in the near future.

Besides completing the procedures for issuing land ownership certificates for projects already handed over, Novaland is also focusing its resources on completing and handing over houses to customers at projects the group is currently developing. Specifically, in 2024, Novaland aims to hand over more than 2,500 townhouses, villas, apartments, and office lots 24/7… at the NovaWorld Phan Thiet ( Binh Thuan province), NovaWorld Ho Tram (Ba Ria-Vung Tau province), Aqua City (Dong Nai province), Sunrise Riverside and Palm City (Ho Chi Minh City) projects.

At the same time, the corporation is also coordinating with competent authorities to further accelerate the completion of legal procedures and strengthen activities at real estate projects. Removing legal obstacles for these key projects contributes to overall development, urban beautification, and social welfare in the locality.
