According to the leaders of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Nam Dinh province, in order to continue to build and develop the reading movement among all classes of people, promote practical activities to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025), Nam Dinh Provincial Library has deployed book exhibitions and introductions; arranged book models by theme to welcome the 21st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030; towards the 14th National Congress of the Party.

At the same time, an exhibition of online publications and documents with the theme "The Great Victory of Spring 1975 - The strength of great national unity, the desire for peace , national independence and the will to unify the country" will be held.
Along with that, Nam Dinh Provincial Library organizes mobile library service to schools from kindergarten to high school, vocationaleducation and community learning centers throughout the province with the desire to bring books to readers, contributing to creating reading habits in all classes of people, especially students.

The provincial library also cooperates with a number of kindergartens and primary schools in Nam Dinh city to organize for students to experience and get acquainted with books and libraries, organize a number of reading sessions at the children's reading room of the provincial library to contribute to forming reading habits, love of books and reading culture for children from an early age.

On this occasion, Nam Dinh Provincial Library also organized the issuance of "Library Cards" to serve all classes of people to read books, newspapers and magazines at the unit.
