The standard daytime temperature is 25-27 degrees Celsius, and the nighttime temperature is around 18 degrees Celsius; maintaining light levels of 20,000-30,000 lux helps promote flower bud differentiation and increase the flowering rate."

Phalaenopsis orchids are classified according to stem size and color for ease of care and sale.
