Immediately after graduating with honors, Tin continued to take the exam and excelled in becoming the valedictorian of the Residency exam - one of the most rigorous exams of the school.
In his speech, Tin expressed his gratitude to his companions throughout his arduous journey of studying at medical school. In particular, his thanks to his parents and patients moved many people.
For Tin, it was his parents' hard work and love that instilled in him empathy, so that later he could look at patients with the same love as he would his relatives and family.
On behalf of the new doctors, Tin also expressed his gratitude to the patients during their internship at the hospitals, helping them cultivate compassion and make efforts to somewhat alleviate the pain of illness.

Tin also expressed his gratitude to those who donated their bodies to medical science. For the male student, this is a practical “silent teacher” who helps students access knowledge from anatomy to a deeper understanding of human beings.
Back to reality thanks to the first score of life
While still in high school, even though he only stopped at the monthly round, Tin was still a contestant who made a strong impression in the 18th year of the Road to Olympia competition. In the weekly round, Tin almost "soloed" with 300 points.
During his years at the medical school, Tin continued to reap many achievements and titles such as second prize in the national medical science competition at VinUni University; third prize in the national biochemistry Championship at the University of Medicine and Pharmacy, Ho Chi Minh City; first prize in the 2021 Marxist-Leninist Transcendental Vision Olympic; and 5-good student at the city level in 2024...
However, Tin's learning journey was not always smooth, he once experienced the shock of having to retake the exam right after entering the classroom. In the first semester, Tin "took" 3 points in physics.

Looking back, Tin realized that he did not focus on the general semester but was busy "running ahead" to learn specialized knowledge. It was the first 3 points in his school life that "held back" Tin, helping him understand that in studying, patience and gradual enlightenment are needed.
Tin also wanted to give up during his first clinical internship, when faced with a huge amount of knowledge and unsatisfactory learning results.
Deep down, Tin realized that the halo of the past - the appearances on television, the compliments and accolades - had once made him mistakenly think of himself as a "public figure". The failures helped Tin understand that he was actually just "a person who participated in a game show".
Thanks to this thinking, he found balance again and was less stressed by the expectations around him.
Slowing down, Tin became more confident in his hard work, taking notes, reading and rereading documents, and actively preparing for exams. However, Tin was still surprised when he passed the Resident Doctor exam as the top scorer. He understood that his results were inseparable from the word “luck”. Currently, Tin is a resident doctor in the Department of Internal Medicine.
