Within the framework of the project "Promoting the Development of Women Entrepreneurs: Creating a Gender-Responsive Business Ecosystem," the WeLead Network of Pioneering Women Leaders organized a seminar titled "Women Entrepreneurs and the Importance of Mental Health in Sustainable Business."
Statistics show that approximately 12 billion workdays are lost each year due to depression and anxiety, resulting in losses of up to $1 trillion. Programs supporting female entrepreneurs in improving their mental health knowledge and proactively preventing these issues are therefore crucial.
Business leaders with good mental health will run their businesses more effectively, creating a positive work environment that not only improves quality of life but also promotes stability and sustainable economic development. Mental health care is a crucial step in promoting gender equality, overcoming specific barriers, and affirming the pioneering role of women in business.
