On October 24, Bac Yen Commune People's Committee organized the first Job Fair and Career Counseling Day in 2025.

Participating in the festival were 12 units and enterprises inside and outside the province, introducing to more than 500 workers, union members and youth from schools and 27 villages and sub-areas in the commune about recruitment needs, job positions, conditions, labor policies and directly consulting and conducting preliminary interviews for candidates who want to work in industrial parks inside and outside the province. 2 vocational training institutions provided information on majors, training time, and job opportunities after graduation, helping union members and youth have more orientation to choose a suitable career for themselves.

Within the framework of the festival, workers, union members and youths were also guided by officers of the Bac Yen Commune Public Administration Service Center on how to log in, submit documents and look up public services.
