Hoa Tu Commune, Can Tho City is the cradle of the revolution, where the Southern Uprising took place in November 1940, associated with the name of the Leader - Hero of the People's Armed Forces Van Ngoc Chinh and his two brothers, Van Ngoc To and Van Ngoc Nhuy. 85 years have passed, the heroic land has increasingly developed comprehensively, becoming a livable countryside, the quality of life of the people has constantly improved. The historical and cultural values of the revolutionary tradition have always been preserved, promoted and passed on to the young generation today.
