On the afternoon of October 15, the Provincial Party Committee Office held a conference to guide the drafting of documents and preparations for Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term. Comrade Hoang Nghia Hieu, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee attended and directed the conference. Attending the conference were representatives of the Standing Committees of the District, City, Town Party Committees, Party Committees directly under the Provincial Party Committee, the Editorial Team of the Document Subcommittee and staff of the District Party Committee Office.

Overview of the conference.

During the afternoon of October 15 and the morning of October 16, delegates were instructed on three contents on preparations for Party Congresses at all levels. First, drafting documents to submit to Party Congresses at district level and equivalent levels, focusing on requirements, contents, procedures, implementation roadmaps, and some key tasks and experiences in preparing for the congress. The second content focused on providing guidance on the types, authority to issue, and formats of congress documents; preparing and submitting congress records to the agency archives. Compared to the previous term congress, there have been many changes in the budget regime for Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term in the work of making estimates and the regime of spending on congress services. Therefore, the third content is to provide guidance on the regime and budget for Party Congresses at all levels.

Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Hoang Nghia Hieu delivered the opening speech.

In his opening speech, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Hoang Nghia Hieu emphasized: In order for the Party Congresses at all levels to ensure compliance with the Party's principles and regulations and to be successful, the preparation and organization of the Congress is extremely important and contributes significantly to the success of the Congress. He requested the Provincial Party Committee Office to direct the departments, divisions and assigned comrades to perform well the organization of the conference.
