On the afternoon of May 26, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh sent a letter praising the brave actions of rescuing victims trapped in a fire on Trung Kinh Street, Cau Giay District, Hanoi . In the letter, the Prime Minister expressed his great emotion when learning that in the fire, Pham Quoc Luat, Nguyen Kim Long, Hoang Anh Tuan, and Dong Van Tuan were brave, not afraid of difficulties and dangers, using ladders to climb to the upper floors and using sledgehammers to break down walls to promptly rescue the victims of the fire.
