On the afternoon of May 26th, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh sent a letter commending the courageous actions of Pham Quoc Luat, Nguyen Kim Long, Hoang Anh Tuan, and Dong Van Tuan in rescuing victims trapped in a fire on Trung Kinh Street, Cau Giay District, Hanoi . In the letter, the Prime Minister expressed his deep emotion upon learning that during the fire, Pham Quoc Luat, Nguyen Kim Long, Hoang Anh Tuan, and Dong Van Tuan bravely and selflessly used ladders to climb to the upper floors and used sledgehammers to break down walls in time to rescue the victims.
