With the decision of the Civil Aviation Authority, the period of transportation ban is 12 months, from September 20, 2023 to September 19, 2024 and mandatory visual inspection for the next 6 months, from September 20, 2024 to March 19, 2025.
The Civil Aviation Authority requires Vietnamese and foreign airlines operating in Vietnam on domestic and international flights departing from Vietnam not to transport Ms. LTH within the above deadline.
The Civil Aviation Authority also requested the Vietnam Airports Corporation and Van Don International Airport to direct their subordinate units and departments to closely check and compare the personal documents of passengers using the plane to promptly detect and prevent Ms. LTH and conduct mandatory visual checks within the above deadline.
The Civil Aviation Authority requests the Northern, Central and Southern Airports to notify in writing the Police and Airport Customs for coordination; foreign airlines and enterprises providing ground technical and commercial services in the management area for implementation; inspect and supervise the implementation and assign the Southern Airports Authority to notify and send this Decision to Ms. LTH.
