In response to questions from the online community about why the Nuoi Em project uses personal account numbers instead of four-digit accounts like the Suc Minh 2000 project, Hoang Hoa Trung explained that the donation account for Nuoi Em has been in existence since 2018. The project plans to switch to four-digit accounts in 2026.
The Power 2000 project was launched on February 27, 2020, to raise money to build schools in mountainous areas, with the goal of eliminating all temporary schools across the country.
According to the project's calculations, if each person contributes 2,000 VND per day for a year, with 100,000 participants, the project can start construction on 292 schools.

The amount of donations up to now updated on the four-digit charity account is more than 33 billion VND. The amount spent is more than 32 billion VND.
A 4-digit charity account is a separate form of account provided by the bank to individuals, groups or organizations doing charity work.
As Dan Tri reported, since the night of December 6, the social network Threads has been spreading information about the Nuoi Em project with many accusations of financial transparency.
A post from account alexaphan1204 said that in August 2022, this person texted Hoang Hoa Trung to register to "raise a child" (each individual will contribute a certain amount of money to raise a student to go to school).
After that, this person was given a foster code NE03905. The one-time fee is 1,450,000 VND. In early January 2023, this person tried to look up but the foster code showed another person's name. From then on, this person suspected that there were 2 people fostering the same student.
A list of dozens of duplicate Nuoi Em codes was also posted online at around 8pm tonight, making netizens even more suspicious that there are cases where students are raised by 2-3 different donors. Meanwhile, in principle, 1 student only has 1 person contributing money to raise them.
However, responding to the online community and philanthropists at 10:00 p.m. on December 7, Nuoi Em affirmed that it had never recorded a case of 2 people raising 1 child before December 6.
At 10pm the same day, the founder of the Nuoi Em project said that on Monday (December 8), he would work with Vietcombank to freeze account 0491001764766 (then update the new account number used to freeze 0711000280294). The expected freezing time is 15 days.
