Accordingly, on December 11, Mr. TVĐ. (born in 1963, residing in Lam Dong province) went to the Traffic Police Department of Dak Nong province to report his behavior of using a mobile phone while driving a passenger car.

According to Mr. D's report, on the same morning, while driving a passenger bus with license plate 49G-001.XX through Dak Nong province, he used his mobile phone to handle work.

After seeing the press and social networks post information about the Dak Nong Traffic Police handling many bus drivers using their phones while driving and realizing that this could be dangerous for himself, passengers, and other road users, Mr. D. went to the Traffic Police Department to report.

Many drivers were found using cell phones while driving passenger buses through extraction of surveillance cameras on the vehicles.

The Traffic Police Department of Dak Nong Province recorded, verified and made a record of Mr. D.'s administrative violation of using a phone while driving a passenger car. At the same time, Mr. D. was required to write a commitment to strictly comply with the provisions of the Road Traffic Law.
