At Tran Phu High School ( Phu Tho Hoa Ward, Ho Chi Minh City), teachers and students began the new school year 2025-2026 in a joyful atmosphere, adorned with flags and flowers.
From early morning, the schoolyard was filled with the white of traditional Vietnamese dresses and school uniforms, mingled with the red of the national flag and colorful balloons. The tenth-grade students, attending their first opening ceremony at their new school, radiated excitement mixed with a touch of apprehension.
Khánh An (10th grade) shared: "This is the first time I've attended the opening ceremony at Tran Phu School, and I feel both nervous and happy. I feel so lucky to be studying in such a spacious school with dedicated teachers and friendly friends. I will try my best to study well."
Meanwhile, at Chu Van An Primary School in Hanoi, first-grade students were both bewildered and excited about the opening ceremony. Some happily clapped along to the performances, while others looked sluggish, unaccustomed to waking up early...

Meanwhile, at Tran Huy Lieu Secondary School (Duc Nhuan Ward, Ho Chi Minh City), more than 1,200 students and teachers attended the opening ceremony with home-grown musical performances, followed by a welcoming ceremony for the 6th graders. Holding vibrant national flags, the students walked onto the stage area to the enthusiastic welcome of the entire school administration, homeroom teachers, and senior students.
For the 9th grade students in particular, this year's opening ceremony was even more emotional as it was their last time attending a ceremony at their beloved school. Tran Trinh Minh Nguyet (class 9A9) shared: "I feel very happy and proud to attend this year's nationwide opening ceremony, but also nostalgic as it's my last year at the school. We've all promised each other that we'll all try our best this school year."
