Food for dinner has a great impact on health.

The liver is the main metabolic organ in the human physiological system. It works closely with the biological clock, helping to form glucose or store glycogen.

The liver operates in two cycles: breaking down substances to make glucose and building up digested substances into glycogen stores.

Eating on time helps the liver function optimally. Specifically, eating an early dinner also helps the body improve digestive function, enhance the liver's detoxification function, improve intestinal motility and create conditions for intestinal microflora to develop.

Eat before 7pm

Both folk wisdom and modern science agree that eating an early dinner can work wonders for your digestive system and metabolism. This allows your body to relax and recover while you sleep.

Avoid fried and greasy foods

Fat is not digested well at dinner because the liver is in the anabolic phase (building glycogen), producing less bile.
