During the 2023-2024 school year, the Education and Training Department of Ninh Hai district effectively implemented its tasks, fostering a sense of responsibility among teachers and administrators, and building a "green, clean, friendly, and healthy" educational environment. Many schools and facilities were invested in and developed, facilitating teaching and learning. Furthermore, the district's Education and Training Department successfully organized a series of activities, promoting emulation in fulfilling tasks within schools; and effectively organized competitions, contests, and extracurricular activities, attracting active participation from various units. As a result, the quality of education in the district continued to improve.

In implementing the tasks for the 2024-2025 school year, the Education and Training Department of Ninh Hai district will continue to strengthen discipline and order, build a safe and healthy educational environment; improve the quality of education at all levels; develop the qualities and abilities of learners, focusing on moral education, lifestyle, life skills, and awareness of law compliance for students; overcome the shortage of teachers; implement synchronously tasks and solutions to enhance the sense of responsibility, management capacity, and professional capacity of the staff and teachers, better meeting the requirements of the current period; ensure physical facilities and build schools that meet national standards; and continue to promote the application of information technology and digital transformation in the education and training sector.
On this occasion, the District People's Committee awarded certificates of commendation to 33 collectives and 64 individuals for their outstanding achievements in performing their duties during the 2023-2024 school year.
