Comrade Tran Quoc Nam, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee inspected key projects in Ninh Son district.

To date, the Than River reservoir project has completed the earth dam, reservoir connecting canal; operation and management road, reservoir flood bypass road, deep discharge culvert combined with diversion channel, water intake culvert and is currently constructing items such as: concrete dams without overflow, free overflow, and gated overflow; however, the contract for the generator house, dam surface lighting system, and cylinder system cannot be implemented because the concrete dam section, undertaken by Cuong Thinh Thi Investment and Construction Group Joint Stock Company, has not been completed.

Comrade Tran Quoc Nam, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, inspected the road project connecting Tan Son town to Ta Nang intersection.

Regarding the project connecting Tan Son town to Ta Nang intersection, the section from Tan Son town to Ma Noi commune has been completed, inspected, and put into use. The section from Ma Noi commune to Ta Nang intersection has basically completed the bridge, drainage culvert, roadbed, and asphalt paving; however, approximately 12.568 km remain unfinished due to incomplete timber harvesting, thus preventing construction from proceeding.

Speaking at the inspection, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee emphasized the importance of the Than River reservoir project; although the province has allocated sufficient capital, the construction progress remains slow. He requested the investor to urgently develop a reasonable and efficient construction plan, especially urging the contractor, Cuong Thinh Thi, to mobilize maximum human resources to complete the concrete and bridge beam sections, making up for the previously delayed work, and striving to complete the entire project by the end of this year. Regarding the road project connecting Tan Son town to Ta Nang intersection, he requested the investor and Ninh Son Forestry Company Limited to focus on coordinating and accelerating the process of exploiting and harvesting forest products; reviewing and allocating vacant land for transporting forest products and for stockpiling machinery, equipment, and materials. He also requested the implementation of a specific and detailed construction plan for each section where land is available to expedite the disbursement of allocated funds.
