Hue City Police implement "3 readinesses" to help people overcome floods.
During the night of October 27th and the early morning of October 28th, the Hue City Police mobilized 100% of its personnel, on duty throughout the night, simultaneously implementing the "3 Ready" and "4 On-the-Spot" plans to promptly rescue and assist people in relocating to safe areas.

On the night of October 27th, heavy rain caused severe flooding in many wards and departments at Hue Central Hospital. The city's police force mobilized dozens of officers and soldiers to work with doctors and nurses to move critically ill patients and medical equipment to higher floors, ensuring absolute safety.
Also that night, in the area north of Trang Tien Bridge, the police force, in coordination with the People's Committee and the City Military Command, evacuated nearly 40 patients, elderly people, and residents from the deeply flooded Phu Xuan ward to safety.

Authorities surveyed, planned, and assisted in the immediate relocation overnight of more than 10,000 households with nearly 33,000 people in 125 areas at risk of severe flooding and 24 locations at risk of landslides.
At the same time, traffic control personnel were stationed at 207 key traffic points; warning barriers were erected at 18 construction sites to ensure the safety of people and vehicles.
