Mr. Bui Duc Hinh was elected Chairman of Hoa Binh Provincial People's Committee.

On January 7, the People's Council of Hoa Binh province, term XVII, 2021 - 2026, held the 24th session (special session).

At the meeting, the People's Council of Hoa Binh province carried out procedures on personnel work, dismissed the position of Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee for the 17th term, 2021 - 2026 term and terminated the duties of Provincial People's Council delegate for Mr. Bui Van Khanh (due to early retirement according to the regime); dismissed the position of Chairman of the Provincial People's Council and elected Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee for the 17th term, 2021 - 2026 term for Mr. Bui Duc Hinh with a high approval rate.

Speaking on receiving the assigned tasks, Mr. Bui Duc Hinh respectfully thanked the delegates of the People's Council of Hoa Binh province for their trust and confidence in electing him to the position of Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee for the 2021-2026 term. At the same time, he affirmed that this is both an honor and a great responsibility before the Party Committee, the government and the people of Hoa Binh province, before the proud cultural - historical tradition, revolutionary spirit and before the requirement to accelerate the socio-economic development of the province.

The new Chairman of the People's Committee of Hoa Binh province emphasized that in the coming time, he will continue to inherit, learn and promote the achievements of previous generations of leaders; strive to study, research and practice in all aspects with the highest capacity, research thoroughly, scientifically, fully and seriously implement the Party's guidelines and policies and laws of the State; fully perform the tasks and powers as prescribed by law, together with the collective of the People's Committee of the province, always unite, innovate, be creative, determined and resolute in the direction and administration, creating new momentum to promote the province's socio-economic development faster and more sustainably. At the same time, focus on directing the implementation of the completion and exceeding of the goals and targets of the 17th Provincial Party Congress, term 2020 - 2025, effectively implementing the policies of the Party, the State and the specific policies of the National Assembly and the Government for Hoa Binh province, contributing to bringing Hoa Binh forward with the whole country to successfully implement the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress; coordinate to prepare conditions for the successful organization of Party congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Congress of Delegates.

Mr. Bui Duc Hinh, born on September 13, 1968, Muong ethnic group; hometown: Kim Lap commune, Kim Boi district, Hoa Binh province. Professional qualifications: National Economics University; University of Economics; Master of Public Administration; Senior political theory.

Mr. Bui Duc Hinh held the following positions: Deputy Chief of Office of the People's Committee of Hoa Binh province (from August 2005 to September 2010); Secretary of Cao Phong District Party Committee (from November 2013 to April 2015); Deputy Director of the Department of Planning and Investment (from May 2015 to October 2015); Director of the Department of Planning and Investment (from November 2015 to September 2019); Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee (from October 2019 to September 2020); Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee (from October 2020 to November 10, 2020); Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Hoa Binh province (from November 11, 2020 to present).
