The Board of Directors of Ninh Binh Phosphate Fertilizer Joint Stock Company issued a resolution appointing Mr. Phung Quang Trung as the Company Director effective December 15, 2025.

The Board of Directors of Ninh Binh Phosphate Fertilizer Joint Stock Company (Niferco) recently held a meeting and unanimously issued Resolution No. 1866/NQ-HĐQT on leadership personnel matters, reflecting a sense of responsibility and strategic vision in the company's new development phase.

According to the Resolution, the Board of Directors of Niferco officially appointed Mr. Phung Quang Trung as Director of Ninh Binh Phosphate Fertilizer Joint Stock Company, effective from December 15, 2025.
