Today's gasoline and diesel prices in Vietnam (December 14th)
As of today (December 14, 2025), the domestic petroleum market continues to maintain the prices adjusted at 3:00 PM on December 11.
In there:
- RON 95-III gasoline continues to be purchased at 20,080 VND/liter;
- E5 RON 92 gasoline remains unchanged at 19,610 VND/liter;
- E10 RON 95-III gasoline prices remained stable around 19,820 VND/liter;
- Diesel fuel 0.05S is currently priced at 18,510 VND/liter;
- Kerosene prices remain stable at 18,640 VND/liter.
- Fuel oil prices remained around 13,390 VND/kg.

This week, domestic fuel prices saw a slight decrease across the board, with gasoline falling by 210-380 VND and diesel by 40-300 VND.
Therefore, domestic gasoline and diesel prices on December 14, 2025 remained unchanged compared to yesterday.
Latest global fuel prices today, December 14th
Globally, there were no new changes in the petroleum market on December 14, 2025.
Specifically, at the time of the survey:
- Brent crude oil futures for February 2026 delivery on the ICE exchange are trading at $61.12 per barrel;
- WTI crude oil futures for January 2026 delivery on the Nymex exchange are currently trading at $57.44 per barrel.

Global oil prices remained stable today . This week, crude oil prices fell sharply by more than 4% due to oversupply, despite escalating geopolitical tensions in some areas.
The International Energy Agency (IEA) forecasts that global oil supply will exceed demand by approximately 3.84 million barrels per day next year, equivalent to nearly 4% of global consumption. The Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC), however, offers a contrasting forecast, suggesting that global oil supply and demand will be nearly balanced by 2026.
In November, Russia's seaborne exports of petroleum products fell by only 0.8% compared to the previous month, as the completion of refinery maintenance helped offset the decline in exports from southern routes such as the Black Sea and the Sea of Azov.

In another development, Ukrainian drones attacked two Russian oil rigs in the Caspian Sea. Reports indicate the drones destroyed critical equipment on both rigs, halting production; however, Reuters has been unable to verify this.
It remains unclear from where Ukraine launched the attack – the Caspian Sea lies more than 700 kilometers from its nearest border.
Kyiv has carried out numerous drone attacks on Russian oil facilities this year aimed at undermining Moscow's financial capacity in the war in Ukraine. These attacks have specifically targeted oil refineries, many of which are located in the European part of Russia.
Therefore, today, December 14, 2025, gasoline and diesel prices worldwide remain unchanged compared to yesterday.
